After posting on the subject of WHY yesterday. i have been thinking of the things i wish i could do better and what was holding me back from doing them?
One of the things i wish i could do was loose some weight( 25 Pounds to be exact). The last time i lost some weight was when i was getting married, I wanted to look really nice and fit in my wedding outfit so i did all i could do which included, exercising daily and eating right. Shortly after the wedding was over, I threw my healthy lifestyle to the window. Now my recent post has got me thinking about it again.
I was searching for a new WHY and i found one. Hopefully this new WHY keeps me on track forever.
For my lovely readers, i have compiled a list of WHY's that could serve as pointers for you, hopefully you find one that will keep you going and for those already on track thumps up to you. I am so proud of you.
I need to work out and eat right because i have decided to;
- Be alive to fulfill my purpose
- Love myself more than Junk food.
- Lower my risk for heart disease and other health conditions
- Spend less money at the clinics
- Add more years to my life
- Respect my body
- Improve my self esteem
- Look younger
- Be an example to my loved ones.
- Be more energized
- Stop desiring a better body but rather get committed to having one
- Be a winner in my life
